FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE 

The Agricultural Management Institute is inviting groups, associations, and organizations to apply for the following two funding initiatives:

Agricultural Value Chain Networking Event Funding

To encourage agricultural value chain networking events, groups can apply to AMI for up to $5,000 to host ‘speed dating’ style workshops.  These workshops will bring together participants along the value chain in different regions of Ontario to meet, learn, and network about their role in the value chain and how to create value-added business opportunities.  For more information on this initiative and to download an application form, click here.

Speaker and Event Funding

AMI is also accepting applications from groups working to raise awareness of business management practices for producers and processors of Ontario food and agri-products.  Any registered group organizing an event or inviting a business management speaker to their Ontario event is eligible to apply for up to $2,500 to cover associated costs.  For more information on this initiative and to download an application form, click here.
